As a “post-lawyer” working closely with the recruitment and staffing industry for more than 25 years, I’ve had plenty of opportunitiesto reflect on the curious relationship between business, employment and law.

So I’ve decided to take the plunge and transition to full-time mediation and workforce consulting within a framework recognises and respects the law but does not look to it solely for answers.
