I’ve created this page as a portfolio in which we can explore the application of contemporary learning theory to real-world scenarios that are relevant to the recruitment & staffing industry.
It’s a project that I’m undertaking as part of a marvellous course in Instructional Design and Technology: Learning Theories. I’m exploring how positive attitudes towards continuing professional development can support recruitment & staffing practitioners in meeting regulatory and Industry requirements to acquire and maintain prescribed levels of relevant professional knowledge.
I hope that some of what takes place in this portfolio will make a positive contribution to the professionalism of the industry.
